I will vouch for the fact that Theta isn't, but Kappa.. is that a joke? I have never witnessed such unethical recruitment practices EVER. They are wining and dining girls left right and center. Even the recruitment counselors from Kappa are telling girls in their groups negative things about other chapters as well as encouraging them to go Kappa... it's unreal and exceptionally sad.

here's a history fact for you, all the chapters at some point have broken some recruitment rule but no one gets infractions because the presidents collectively decide to let them pass and not complain about each other to panhel
no one is perfect. moreover, what proof do you even have? so stop wasting yout time on this stupid site and get back to your chapter, and focus on recruitment
