dropping after bids day

What happens if you get a bid for a sorority you dont like and drop after bids day? And if I dont go to bids day, could I still participate in cob?

If u sign a pref card, you have to wait a year before you can rush again. Aka no cob

if you go to pref and sign the form at the end, you are basically accepting a bid no matter where you end up. this means that no matter where you go if you drop you have to wait a full calender year before you can accept another bid
