100% yes. Recruitment brings out the WORST in people. I'm not even there for it and it's infuriating me. I legit chose to take this semester abroad just to not have to deal with the cattiness!!! Why can't everyone just be happy for each other and focus on their own sisterhood. Sororities aren't about who gets the hottest girls or whatever, I really expected better from people when I joined. So disappointing.
