how do sororities choose which girls to invite bac

What's the process that sororities use in deciding which girls to invite back to invitationals and eventually give a bid to? Do sororities get together as a whole chapter and discuss each girl they met that day? Do they have a copy of each girl's application as they are deciding? Also, how many girls does each sorority invite back for invitationals and preferences?
