sig hasn't done anything in years to keep them at top. Solid middle maybe middle-top.

Also what has Fiji done? Sig, Fiji, phi delt, beta and probs dke are all on the same level cause they all have plus's but also really suck in some areas

Fiji gets considered top tier because they have a few invested/good looking guys and group of girls who are loyal to them but beyond that are unwelcoming and really not a big presence anymore. In terms of the 'top' houses Beta and Fiji having been dying so far during rush, even the nights when they throw parties its seems way busier inside Alpha Delt, Sig and Phi Delt. I think that will reflect in their PC's.
We'll see what happens and this is only one opinion but at the moment:

Alpha Delt
Psi U
Bottom
K Sig
AEPi
Zeta Psi (if they even exist anymore)
