To answer your first question, you usually talk to 1-3 each round on average. Each chapter recruits differently and some rounds you may talk to more. It's obviously impossible to talk to every member or else recruitment would be way too long. So how do you know which one is for you? There's no magical feeling. It's real life. You see which chapter fits your vibe (do your research, google their websites). Ask q's, try to connect to whatever members you talk to. Be genuine and charismatic, and you'll find a chapter that clicks with you. It's not going to be some magical moment, nothing in life is. You just go with your gut and move on.

Sisterhood is what you make of it. Basically your entire greek experience will be what you make of it. Meaning whatever you want and are willing to put into the experience you will get. Do you want great sisterhood? You're gonna have to reach out to girls, study with them, go out with them, etc. You want leadership, run for positions and put yourself out there. You want more of the social scene? Attend exchanges, parties, and events. If someone complains that the sisterhood or some other aspect of greek life wasn't what they expected, they have no one but themselves to blame. You won't be handed this amazing experience, you have to create it. Personally, I found sisterhood to be a great experience in my chapter. I have a best friend I met through my chapter and a group of girls I consider my close friends. Rest are acquaintances tbh

when I went through recruitment, most sororities only had 1-3. On the other hand, I was talking to 5 girls at the same time in DG (every sorority has different strategies for recruitment)
