What are the top reasons a girl might get dropped after Tours? Is it mostly grade risks or limited spots or what?

alot of reasons:
-bad grades
-didn't ask q's, sat there and was quiet and showed no personality or interest in the chapter
-limited spots, meaning if alot of girls want x chapter then that chapter has upper hand because they only invite back the "best"
-weren't as well rounded as other pnms, keep it mind pnms are ranked in comparison to others who may have great grades, involvement, fun personality, etc

Does it matter how high your GPA is or only if it meets the min requirement?

as long as you meet the minimum you'll be fine, but each chapter has its own minimums. Having a high gpa will make you look better though and make you more preferred

Don't feel discouraged if a chapter you liked doesn't invite you back. You will still receive invites from other chapters :) trust the process, and go in with an open mind! I honestly had so much fun during recruitment, and I am so excited AHH

Be bubbly and show personality and you will be fine. Don't be all quiet and expect the sorority recruiters to do all of the talking. You'll be cut.
