frat rankings in the greek village

Anyone ever notice that the placement of houses in the greek village ranks the houses fairly accurately? From ksig going counterclockwise the ranks go up. From sig going clockwise the ranks go up.

FIJI
Phi Delt
Alpha Delt
Psi U
Deke
K Sig
If BETA were in that empty lot between FIJI and Sig the placement would be perfect.
