variety of different guys in frats

I've noticed that a lot of frats most specifically sig have a big variety of guys ranging from jocks, nerds, pretty boys, etc. Isn't the whole point of "brotherhood" for the guys to be alike?

the point of brotherhood is for unity among the fraternity, despite whatever its individual pieces look like. the only place fraternities try reach a specific image of what their brothers should exactly look like, other than being "dope dudes with high chill/pull ratios", is in movies.
