gpa.....again
by: idkMy GPA kinda sucks due to extenuating circumstances. I'm registered with Access and Diversity, and I'm doing my best to stay on top of the problems and getting help. The major I'm aiming for doesn't really consider GPA at all, you're judged entirely on outside experience and talent - the work you're able to put out as opposed to how well you did in Econ 101. Since my GPA affects my getting into my top choice sorority, isn't a #1 priority in regards to my university career, and is low due to circumstances beyond what I can reasonably control, is there any way for Panhellenic to overlook it?

You can still fill out the profile and include an explanation about your GPA. Recognize that in the future, your GPA will matter if you're in a sorority, since it is a relatively good indicator of your academic abilities (not the only one, of course). We're all humans - it happens. Talk to Panhellenic about it before recruitment if you have questions but it's not something to mention to each chapter. Panhellenic can answer your questions and hopefully everything works out! Stay positive
