adpi formal
by: Insulted
I find it extremely disrespectful that most of the dates at ADPi formal were varsity athletes and non greeks. By all means, I support asking whomever you want to your own formal. But when an entire sorority decides to go out of the Greek system, it's extremely disrespectful to the rest of us.
By doing that, you essentially said that as a whole, ADPi has no interest in fraternities or Greek involvement.
Also, it was one of the most boring formals I've ever been to. Pick a better venue next time and try to make the speeches funny or at least bearable for the crowd

1. When you say the ENTIRE sorority brought varsity dates, you don't know every single date who went so don't generalize.
2. Pretty sure you're in a frat by the way you addressed your rant so I guess you just proved your own generalization wrong.
3. The majority of the friends I have in ADPi brought either fraternity boys or their boyfriends who just so happened to be on varsity teams. I guess choosing to take their boyfriend to their formal implies they don't care about greek involvement.. ya ok.
4. If ADPi wasn't interested in Greek involvement, why would they have attended almost every fraternity formal and even some sorority formals. Oh AND participate in every philanthropy event?
5. The speeches aren't for you. Yes a sorority is appreciative that whoever they ask is willing to spend almost their entire day with them and at their event but those speeches are meant for the chapter, especially for the seniors. If ADPi doesn't want crude or inappropriate speeches just so people will laugh, then ignore them and enjoy your free food.
