inter sorority love

How do girls become friends with each other outside of sororities? I was excited about the prospects of meeting ppl both in and outside my chapter during recruitment, but i havent reLly met people outside of my chapter and if i have, it normally seems that people stick with their own sorority. Help?!

how do you make friends in life in general? TALK TO THEM.
you're an adult, knock another chapter's door and talk to them
go to their phil events talk to them
join panhel, meet other girls from other chapters
go to a party, talk to the other sorority girls
organize a tea with another sorority, create relations where they dont exist
take initiative stop waiting for others to tell you what to do

ive tried to talk to other sorority girls at parties, but they mostly seem hostile and not really down to talk ...
