spring rush

Does anyone have any info about whether any frats/sororities are having a spring rush this year? Or when/where that sort of info will be released?

Last year spring rush took place in mid January, so whichever ones are doing COB will probably be announced on the UBC Sororities page pretty soon!

some don't participate because they already have enough members or have met total so they can't
just ask panhel for sure about who is participating

Are those the only sororities doing the open house this year? Also, is it the same as the Fall rush where it's very unlikely that no sororities bid or someone or is that more common?

you have to visit each sorority participating in open house, from there, the sorority decides who they want to invite back for their own cob events that follow the days after (which are informal like coffee dates or crafts or something)

it's not like formal recruitment in september which has multiple rounds. open house and cob is more relaxed and chill. honestly, just dress nicely, be charismatic and have good conversations and you will be fine

It's a possibility that you may not end up with a bid during cob because not all sororities participate and they all have a limited number of spots.

Some spring rushes are also invite-only events, not part of panhel's COB.
