Do fraternities have spring rush here? If so, where can I find more information? Thanks

Some do, most don't. The best way to get information is to watch their Facebook pages or get to know the men in the chapters.
Everyone did really well this year as far as numbers of pledges so it is doubtful that most chapters will be participating in the spring.
If you want the opportunity to rush everyone, wait until September.
