Basically top tiers are close to top tiers, middle tiers to middle tiers and bottom tier LOLs, no one wants to associate with them... they always have to deal with cancelled exchanges

True to an extent, lower tier sororities do have exchanges with top frats but normally the attendance rate by the boys is low. Beta only has exchange with 3 sororities
