Are there certain sororities that have more funds than others and if so who? I remember reading a post about sorority house and how some can totally fund a house already and i was interested. Thanks!

Haha even if that were the case it's not happening. No chapter can move out of Panhellenic unless all the other chapters come to an agreement about it. Extension and moving to a new location is never going to happen in the next four years.

Sadly true. It really doesn't matter unless everyone has the money as there has to be a housing agreement between chapters.
