Is it a rule that all legacies get a bid from the chapter theyre a legacy to? My friend was a theta legacy and didnt get invited back for pref but i swear that someone told me this rule before..

it's not a rule, but legacies do get noticed but it's not automatic. she still has to be well rounded, involved and etc like everyone else
