do grades matter ?

When a sorority is selecting members they take all aspects of the individual into consideration.

This includes leadership, ambitions, personality, and of course grades.

Every sorority has different things that they place a value on, and some place a higher stress on grades then others. For most there is a minimum and if you're an AWESOME pick they will disregard the fact that your grades aren't prime.

Of course though, every institution has a different grade requirement that is necessary in order for them to extend you a pledgeship/for you to be initiated, so this is good to note.
