do top sororities already know who they want?

going into formal recruitment do top sororities already know who they want. last year when i did formal recruitment i got dropped by all of the top 4 sororities and the one i ended up joining none of the members even knew my name or remembered me. so do bottom sororities just get the leftovers?

Were you fashionable and conventionally attractive? Even if naturally beautiful your ability to dress and do your hair and makeup is judged too.

Some sororities just invite people to come so that they basically have a pre existing relationship

yeah lol, if ur not talked to at a jumpstart party, at least for kappa or adpi, ur not getting in. tbf they also tend to go for boring 6's that wont overshadow the established members so that might be it too.
