black manager at best buy pissed me off

Best Buy sold me a broken laptop it would shut down randomly every few minutes and now it’s turning off every time I try to open it. I think it has been bricked probably a system malfunction I went to Best Buy and the black manager they r all black btw refused to give me a refund and said that they gave me a perfectly fine laptop and falsely accused me that I broke it and they even threatened to call the cops to arrest me if I didn’t leave every time I leave Best Buy they never fail on making me feel pissed
