Yes because not every chapter struggled to recruit during fall and needed to recruit 200 COB members…

okay so let’s not be dense cause we all know that there are so many things that make up this.. campus total, retention etc. kappa usually has a super small pledge class for spring COB because they meet campus total during the fall recruitment but that wasn’t the case this year it was an issue for literally everyone like what are you talking about?

If ur posting this I feel like Ur def a salty new member who don’t understand how recruitment works? Like sororities that’s DO WELL during fall recruitment and DONT have awful retention DONT NEED TO DO COB…If your chapter is recruiting lots of members in spring it’s nothing to be proud of and it’s just proof you have bad recruitment and retention like y’all new here orrrr
