Is Gphi still top tier

Is Gphi still top tier from a non-historical perspective? Looks wise there is zero difference today between Gphi and Agd/Theta except for a few pc17/18 alums who are still around the frats. They did terrible in recruitment for the fourth year in a row.
What are the actual new rankings without historical bias?

How does gphi go from being top 2 or top 3 a few years ago to suddenly being bottom.. make it make sense

To be fair, there was lots of different cross rushes this year.
From what was spread around a lot of girls were actually in between either GPHI, APHI, AGD, or AOII. Like those four together. I know of so many who were in between the three A’s (AGD, AOII, and AGD) but this is the first year I’ve seen so so many want GPHI with those others. I’d find the girls who wanted those wouldn’t want ADPI, KAPPA or theta at all. Other than that there was the classic girls who wanted ADPI or KAPPA but also a lot of girls wanted DG or theta. I think it’s cause AGD, APHI, AOII, and GPHI have the reps of being “fun” kinda masculine personalities and laid back while THETA, KAPPA, and ADPI tend to more reserved kinda traditional sorority personalities (not so much theta tho)
