What is SPD????? PLS

Okay so I’ve heard from a few ppl that theres an engineering frat, that’s basically less known than zeta and AEPI. Found them on IG and sure enough they’re called sigma phi delta and they fully have a house in the endowment lands. But like they don’t have a GR page so are they knew? Did they just get a chapter on campus? Didn’t see them at ACF so I’m wondering if they’re represented by the IFC or independent? Cause Ik they’ve had exchanges wirh some srats but aren’t included in songfest. So what’s the deal?? Are they just independent or are they just not included cause they’re so new???
