Who should be in srat/frat but is not
by: spice it upDo you ever look at a girl and deadass think they’re greek and come up to them and ask which srat is she in and she’s like “I’m not in one”? Like I automatically assume that cuz they give off major srat vibes especially when they often hang out in our house. Am I the only one? I would love to see them around more so I hope they’ll get recruited this fall!

Honestly idk if they’ll rush, the time commitment is a big thing. Did COB this year and was one of those geed girls who was always at Frat houses but didn’t rush in fall. I think a lot of the geeds are really perfect for Greek life but don’t join because they know how shady some strats can be, and pressure of things like standards, who will tell you to remove photos of you holding champagne with a necklace of ur letters. The strats enforce a lot of tight rules that the frats DONT and that’s immeditaly what attracts the geeds to the frats but not enough to rush. Lots of geeds in phi delt or DKE parties are super fun. Others I’ve met at SIG, PSI U, and BETA shouldn’t rush cause they barely respect Greek life whatsoever…just there to drink lol

Yep. There’s basically three types of geeds. The first is girls who’d be perfect for Greek life but don’t rush cause they don’t vibe with how strats run, their rules, the culture, or how the girls treat each other. You’ll find them at DKE, PHI DELT, sometimes Fiji.
The second is girls who steal stuff from frats, are loud, throw up on floors, make fun of sororities or in general just think Frat parties are a big meme and think their “funny”. You’ll find these at BETA parties, PSI u, or KSIG/SIG.
next is geeds who are grown ass men and random girls from SFU who should not be let in cause god knows what they’re up to
