Yeah my big was PC17 and on Panhel for 2 years and she told us literally every chapter can afford it except for AGD

Nah the main factor is that most of the sororities can buy houses but there’s lik one or two that can’t cause they don’t have enough money so unless all the strats can do it they don’t wanna do it
