STRAT spring recruitment

the only Strats I see doing recruitment, or posting about it at least, are AOPI, Theta, and ADPI. does anyone know if any other ones are doing COB but just aren't posting about it? for example AGD, GPHI, and DG? is it the type of thing where they only message the girls they want or like could you reach out to them?

you can reach out to the sorority Instagram you are interested in. most of them are doing spring recruitment just don’t like to promote it for competitive reasons
