Historically, all the chapter GPA's have been within 1-2% of one another, just because one chapter has a 0.2% higher average than another doesn't make them better or worse.

But if you look at past winners, historically it has been Alpha Gamma Delta and Gamma Phi Beta that usually are around top ranked for scholarship. AOPi is relatively new so they haven't been in the running for too many years but their grades are doing quite well.
