why doesn't beta participate in other Greek events like their philanthropies?

They are far from the greek village, which im sure is great for them because they are much closer to everything else on campus, they have their own property which is great im sure as well. They are often said to be less involved than others because of this.

Beta is possibly the lamest frat in the entire system.

Lets not be hasty.. they're a lot more "manly and tough", yes. Thats not to say they are lame, they are a really nice group of guys, they are just misunderstood because they are so far from us over here in the greek village. Id be scared to be on their bad side. In their eyes im sure us over in the greek village seem lame

Winning Mr. Greek doesn't take very much effort. There's a lot of other stuff throughout the year.
