Do third and fourth years participate in Greek life?

by: Hi

Do upper years here still participate in Greek life or is it mostly just freshmen and 2nd years?

I feel like it used to mostly be lower years who stayed “active.” But right now, honestly the only relevant people remaining in the Greek system are from PC17 and a couple of PC18 members.

Honestly it depends you will definitely find some seniors participating in "greek life" - usually by 3rd or 4th year more and more start taking school quite seriously so I find it does drop off. They save themselves for the bigger events to show up. (who knows this year)

They do. There's a lot of 5th and 6th years also still involved (mostly in frats) which to me is somewhat pathetic but they do them.

sure for frat guys that hang around the house, being 5th + 6th year is kinda odd. considering all the parties (in the past) that happen

for sorority women, it sounds cheesy af, but girls who stick around do it for the organization - it's not pathetic at all. it's a double standard but only because the environments are so different
