Recruitment now?

Just curious as to why some people chose to join the Greek system right now. I know that I joined cause I was just looking to make new friends that I would and hopefully will be able to count on. But there’s a pandemic going on and obvs it sounds like things won’t be the same as they are for this year, but why did you join.
