which picture should I use for srat application

should I look friendly (but not so good) in the picture for the application form or formal (but hOt)? Also Do u need a proper business-y headshot?

I think a photo where you look hot and stylish is your best bet. Have a bit of cleavage showing and definitely show off your body (if you have a nice one).

Girls literally just use it to know who you are when they go through recruitment. Use a picture that is most similar to how you expect to look during rounds

The headshot actually doesn’t matter much. Just try not to have it too far away so that you’re easily identifiable
