Srat recruitment outfits
by: PnmThis is a stupid question but during zoom recruitment, you can only really see the person's face and a little bit of their neck so why would there be a dress code??

You probably wouldn’t attend a virtual interview for a new job in your pyjamas... sorority recruitment is no different! It’s also good practice because after joining you can expect meetings/events with similar dress codes. That being said, pnm’s are encouraged to wear what makes them comfortable and confident more than anything. Hope this helps!
