Recruitment Numbers

Is there a specific number that sororities need to meet during recruitment? If there is (let’s say 50) and they don’t find 50 girls that they really like do they choose girls they don’t actually like much just to meet a quota? If there is a number is it flexible or if there are a few girls they really like but there’s one spot left can they exceed the number? I’m trying to understand how competitive the process is, any help is useful thx

Quota = number of girls on preference divided by 8

Our last recruitment was pretty small, only a little over 200 girls. Quote was a number high in the 20s. In past year’s it’s been as high as high 30s to low 40s though.

Does anyone know how recruitment will work. Will it be completely on line or will there be some visits too in smaller groups? How about bids day?? Anyone??

Yes going to be 100% online including bids day which is horrible but what it do baby doooo
