Tier system within frats
by: TierI know a lot of people say its hard to rank frats cause it depends on your vibe blah blah but has anyone ever noticed that there's almost a tier system within each frat? Like the main popular guys at the top and the weird random guys who no one really knows at the bottom? I feel like its like this for every frat.

Pretty disturbing that of the GPhis who went, two were the sorority’s past Membership VP and Recruitment Chair. And the other is on panhel promo always preaching “women supporting women.” I’m disgusted to say the least.
I know someone’s gonna call me out saying I’m jealous that GPhi is a “top sorority” but nope I’m not. I’m in a different top tier chapter and the vast majority of girls in top 4 are disgusted. Not a good like for GPhi especially considering their chapter has a long history of racism and discrimination.
