Format of Online Rush
by: RusheeI’ve seen people ask this before a while ago but no one had an actual answer. How is online recruitment going to work? Would it be group interview style (girls in small groups answering questions in order asked by a member), one on one conversations (what if that member and the girl just don’t get along), etc. Since the first stage of recruitment is so fast how do we figure out which ones we want to learn more about, if we’re answering questions in an order it seems like the answers wouldn’t be genuine but each girl just trying to have a better answer than the last.

same im worried about this too if we only meet a few of the girls idk how we are supposed to decide if the sorority is right for us. so many individual girls from different sororities are great but we don't get to experience the collective/community of the chapter. People say you know a chapter is right for you when you walk into the room but idk how we are supposed to figure this out online
