Why are sororities being blamed for ruining frat rush

I am genuinely very confused as to why sororities are being blamed for "ruining" frats' fall rush plans. I saw someone post blaming it on theta, like how the f was it theta's fault? The thread about frats fall rush had over 50 replies to it (before IFC paid to get the comments removed) and it was more than just sororities commenting on it. There was even frat guys on there saying it would be inappropriate.

I totally agree with the comments blaming sororities. I’m pretty sure the theta blaming comment was just from the same girl who seems to post here a lot about theta and was bait tho.
