Dirty rushing w/sororities

This might be bait but it’s normal for sorority girls etc to follow you etc and to have chill convos I’d say. If they seem to be pushing their chapter on you, or speak negatively in any way at all about others, or say things like “you’d be a good fit in my chapter”, RUN. Only go on coffee dates if you’re genuinely comfortable with it, it’s such a grey area. The best thing is to go into recruitment with an open mind.

nope! dirty rushing is a thing in Canada too. this doesn't count, but say whoever is following you starts telling you to join them or talking poorly about another chapter, then it counts as dirty rushing. hope this helps :)

I don't know if this is bait but that's fine as long as its before a certain point/they don't try to get you to rush their srat specifically!! if someone contacts or follow you during the formal recruitment period and you don't already know them THEN its dirty rushing. Also please keep in mind that even if you make friends in one particular srat that doesn't mean you need to join it! I had a ton of friends in the sorority i cross-rushed but since I felt more at home with the chapter im currently in its the one I chose!!
