Why the greek system is dying at UBC

Liberal values are killing Greek life. Let’s just call it out for what it is. Greek life isn’t the same as it was as a decade or two ago because liberal values have infiltrated every aspect of society.
Why are so many liberals flooding into Greek life? Don’t these people realize Greek values are the opposite of liberal values. Frats are masculine and srats are feminine. Liberals are completely against that and push this feminist and inclusion narrative that’s making Greek life go down the toilet. This narrative that “everyone is attractive” and “toxic masculinity is a problem” is why there will be no more Greek life at UBC by 2022 or 2023.
If we want to save Greek life, every frat and srat needs to vet their potential new members and make sure they aren’t liberals

You can say what you want about this post, but it’s not wrong. This is exactly why the Greek system is dying here. Not saying that liberal values are bad but they really do not align with the Greek system at all. UBC is one of if not the most progressive school in North America. The Greek system, which holds very traditional, conservative values isn’t something that would thrive at a place like UBC.

Yeah but being fake about it is lame too. Gphi for example has been a white sorority that recruited for looks (and family wealth) for years and now they’re trying to push the diversity and inclusion card and everyone can see through it. They’re basically trying to be something they’re not.
Not saying gphi is the only sorority who’s doing this btw. They’re just the most noticeable but other top tier sororities like kappa are doing it too and it’s honestly kinda lame and fake.
