people can have friends in different chapters? literally anyone who has been an rc or on panhell has a friend group outside their chapter

Literally chill CF has so many friends in theta as well as kappa bc she’s closest w k sig... chill. we’re allowed to have friends across different chapters, that should be seen as a good thing.

I don’t actually ever see her with thetas. She does their insta but besides that, she is basically a kappa. Nothing wrong with that tho.
