there are no secrets to recruitment,, if you try to act a certain way you might end up in a sisterhood that you hate.

that being said, on a superficial level, the prettier you are (I’m talking skinny, white, blonde) the more likely to get your choice. It’s very unfortunate and the system needs to change but factually that’s what happens
