What things should you talk about? Anything beyond your major and hometown??

Ask about what their philanthropy is, what their sisterhood is like, if you’re interested in leadership etc. Talk about why you want to join, and what you’re passionate about.

Try to show how unique you are, if you have any cool niche interests that usually sets the conversation apart from normal ones and allows you to showcase yourself!

Chapters will likely already know info like this from registration. Instead, talk about your involvement with any groups, clubs, volunteer work, etc. Any hobbies, passions, interests? All these things will help the chapter get to know you better, and will also be a great way for you to feel out how well your interests align with theirs. Odds are they will pair you with similar members in the next round so you’ll have a better chance of connecting!
