Should a PNM treat the rounds as interviews? Should PNMs answer more questions (like an interview) or should we ask personal questions too? Thanks!

it's more of the actives asking you questions to get to know you!! It's not an interview we just want to get to know more of who you are! Ofc you can ask us questions as well! Don't worry too much we will lead the convos :)

I’d say it’s like a mix between an interview and a conversation tbh. Chapters want to get to know girls on a personal level but also having something about you standA out (good grades, varsity sports, extracurriculars) is helpful. The girls you talk to are looking for people who would both fit in well with their chapter AND who would be an asset in some way. Involvement + a good personality is key in my experience.
