Just imagine if UBC Sororities was a community that was genuinely positive, uplifting, and supportive of other women. It is a lot of the time but I actually think the recruitment process is the worst thing about sororities and makes it way faker than it needs to be, makes girls feel bad about their chapters unnecessarily, and makes pnms feel bad or think they have something wrong with them if they didn't get into a chapter that isn't considered "top" - even if the chapter they do get a bid from is wonderful and a great fit for them! The whole concept of rankings or tiers or recruitment standings is messed up and really backwards, and is the reason that the Greek system is in danger of getting left in the past. Having a sisterhood of women who support each other in a university setting has always been an awesome idea but way you have to go about joining a sorority is super fake.

It’s the same one or two girls from Theta posting stuff using very similar phrasing and then forgetting to change the username she uses, posting multiple “final” ranks in a row putting Theta above AGD. Super subtle.
