Delta Gamma UBC
by: hunnyCan I please get peoples honest opinion on Delta Gamma UBC, I like their instagram and I am hopefully rushing in the fall.

DG is a chapter that has very confident/outgoing members and are a bubbly, girly chapter. I think to fit in in DG you'd need to be quite extroverted and comfortable with big groups and social events. A few years ago they were pretty much all white and blonde but they've become a lot more diverse in a good way while still keeping a fun vibe

Basically DG is a bunch of random girls who didnt fit into the other three top 4 sororities and thus created the random mix which DG has. Some gorgeous, some unattractive, some nerdy, some athletic. Huge diversity in this chapter you cant stereotype them for one thing because everyone is SO different.

dg is one of many great sororities at ubc, but going through the recruitment process as unbiased as possible is the best way to make sure you find the right chapter for you! I know this sounds cheesy, but the process works. also, coming to this website for accurate info is a really bad idea

great sorority has been top 4 since sororities started at UBC and maintained top spot for a very long time as well. Super well rounded young ladies yet know how to have a good time too. Only negative I have heard is they can be cliquey within the chapter. I have heard this about Kappa and Adpi as well so not to single them out.

it's literally all dgs writing this, they're very active on this site, I wouldn't trust it lol. I think i only know 2 dg's who are down to earth and sweet, the rest are stuck up and more concerned about their instagram feeds than being nice to their new members. They care more about their reputation and social climbing than they do about anything resembling a sisterhood.. just my honest opinion tho

im a new member and this made me sad because the older members were actually so nice to me when I joined and made me feel welcome at parties and stuff right from the start, most of my first friends in dg were older members and some of them are the kindest people I know still.
