Based on involvement, friendliness, relations. top 4 stay the same usually. I only noticed bottom moving this year. agd doing well, aopi improving and idk what happened to theta.

Sorry but Theta is not above AGD and it's a huge stretch to say they're above AOII. The top tiers might move around a bit but bottom doesn't

kappa has great phils but their friendliness is way down in the past 2 years. They only associate with certain frats and don't have as good of relations with other sororities as they used to

Secondly, who are you to decide these rankings? Have you been to all their Phil events? Do you know what each and every sorority does/ who they have relations with?
