That’s not true lol there’s a reason sororities like AGD Theta AOII do open spring recruitment every year. Their retention is much lower than higher tier sororities. It’s very rare for kappa, dg or gphi to do any form of spring recruitment because of high retention. Aphi and adpi usually do a private spring recruitment

that's actually not true...tier is suuuuper influenced by recruitment performance and numbers, not what happens after recruitment and the retention rates. There are plenty of girls that join (for example) sororities such as AOII and find their home there and stay for four years even if it isn't "top"
