should i drop from my frat

At first I liked the way the guys came across and they seemed friendly. But as I spend time with them and get to know them it feels like they're just chasing prestige and the friendships being made is all just fake. I feel like I can't really express who I am because they're all so very judgemental. Is this normal for every fraternity? I don't think these guys have my best interest at heart and don't really stand by the brotherhood aspect of things. Considering dropping. Has anyone been in this situation? Thoughts?

Give it a chance, it’s been a week since bids days. It’s impossible to get the feeling of brotherhood within a week, go work for it and remember you’re a pledge, so you get no respect until initiation.
