joining a frat in fourth year

Is it common for people to join a frat in their fourth year? I am away term 1, so it would either have to be spring or fall rush in 2020. However, I will most likely do a fifth year.

I know lots of guys who rushed in 4th and even 5th year, go you it or else you'll regret it

Well, obviously they can still get bids, but would it possibly be more difficult if I'm older than my pledge class and will spend less time as I am graduating soon? I may be older, but I can get along with younger students. On the other hand, if I am staying in Vancouver anyway, would there be an incentive as I can be with them longer after I graduate?
