how to go about cob

So my understanding is that there's two types of COB: the official one done by Panhel in the spring, and individual chapters inviting girls back after Bid's Day. Should I message the VP of recruitment of any chapter I'm interested in to see if they're doing this? Or would that come off as desperate?

You can message the VP recruitment, but keep in mind if you don’t know anyone in the sorority they will probably fill up open spots with invited members before you.
