Hi girls! I can totally empathize with how you're feeling on this, since my friend went through the same thing last year. However, PLEASE keep in mind that that chapter / those chapters saw something in YOU and wanted to see YOU back today! Also, some chapters get to invite more girls back than others. Panhel does this to try and even the playing field - as some chapters have stronger initial impressions than others. My friend actually ended up loovving her initial "least favourite" and is happy in her membership, so I hope you share a similar experience.
If you're still really set on one chapter, there is always COB which some chapters may do later in the fall. It is a more informal way to join a chapter if they have spots left.
Talk to your RC about how you're feeling - they're there for you! Good luck and keep your chin up.
